Our Netherlands sales and development offices are located in residential areas of Maarssen, a small town just north of Utrecht near the A2 highway. Maarssen is right in the center of in the Netherlands and is about a 45 minute drive from Amsterdam Airport.

From the Maarssen exit off the A2, it takes about 5 minutes to get to our offices. From the A27 it takes about 15 minutes to get to our offices.

We recommend that you use Google Maps to get directions to our Sales Office and Development Office.

1. Get directions to Schippersgracht, Maarssen-Dorp.
2. Parking is indicated on the map below.
3. Our sales office is situated at the Vecht river in the Pontisto building.

1. Take the Maarssen exit off the A2. At the traffic lights, turn onto the Ring Utrecht Noord.
2. After about 150 meters, take the first right (this is exit Maarssen-Broek).
3. At the end of the exit go right, bypassing the traffic lights. The entrance of the Carlton President hotel is on this corner.
4. After a few hundred metres you'll pass a BP gas station. Stay in the left lane and keep going straight. Please note that the official speed limit on this road is 50 km/hour.
5. Cross a major intersection with traffic lights. You are now on the Vogelweg, indicated by a large sign with birds on it. These correspond to the names of the neighborhoods, in alphabetic order. Take a left into the Reigerskamp entrance (it has a picture of a heron).
6. After the first speed bump, follow the green number signs: Once you enter Reigerskamp take a right.
7. Pass another two speed bumps. The Reigerskamp 393 entrance is on your left after a sharp left turn. Parking is indicated on the map below.

1. The A27 exit leads you to traffic lights. Stay in one of the right lanes towards Maarssen.
2. For about 10 minutes, keep following the ring road along the Northern edge of Utrecht (70 km/hour speed limit). After several round-abouts with traffic lights the road turns into a highway (100 km/hour speed limit).
3. After passing exits Maarsseveen and Maarssen-Dorp, take the Maarssen-Broek exit.
4. At the traffic lights at the end of the exit, take a left.
5. After passing McDonalds and Shell, take a left at the major intersection.

There's a twice-hourly railway service to Maarssen from Utrecht Central Station (about 5 minutes to Maarssen) and from Amsterdam Central Station (about 40 minutes to Maarssen). Please call us to arrange for a pick-up.
